Verify
Findings we inferred from public sources that nobody has checked yet. Open the source, then confirm what matches, flag what is wrong, or correct it with a page that says so. Contested findings and the organizations most people follow come first.
Sign in to confirm or flag findings. Every signal is tied to a verified person.

How verification works
People check findings; the rules keep it honest
- One person, one signal
- Signed in with a verified email, once per finding; you can change or withdraw it. No anonymous votes.
- Weighted by who signs
- The organization's verified owner counts 3 (and reads "confirmed by the organization"), a track record of signals that matched reviewers' decisions 1.5, a member 1, an account under 7 days old 0.25.
- One network, one voice
- Signals from the same network or browser count once: the strongest of them.
- Community confirmed
- At least 3 of confirmation weight from 2 or more independent people other than the owner, with flags under half of it.
- Contested, then reviewed
- When flags weigh 2 or more and outweigh confirmations, the finding is marked contested and goes to a reviewer, who hides or keeps it. The owner disputing hides it at once.
- Corrections need a source
- A correction carries a public page that states it. It becomes a new draft in the review queue; it never overwrites the finding.
Every signal, state change and decision is in the audit log. Quotes stay verbatim with a link to the page; inferred items stay labelled Inferred with their sources until people confirm them.
