How an organization is built is its own IP.

Verified data about an organization belongs to that organization. Its owner can license access at a price they set, and buyers can request or bid for it to compare against their own system. Every grant is licensed, ledgered and fingerprinted to the buyer.

1

Owners list what they choose

The verified owner of an organization lists parts of its verified map: the full map, its software and interfaces with screenshots, one part of the business, its figures. They set the price, one-time or yearly, the license term, and whether buyers may bid.

2

Members request or bid

Members and Terminal users ask for access at the listed price or place a bid, saying what they want to compare it with. The owner accepts, declines or counters.

3

A license, not a copy

On acceptance the buyer pays through System Atlas and accepts the data license: comparison against their own system only, no publication, no resale. They read exactly the licensed scope until the term ends, beside their own map.

4

Ledgered and fingerprinted

Every grant, view and export is recorded in the owner's ledger. Every copy delivered is fingerprinted to its buyer, so a leak can be traced to the license it came from, with takedown and legal remedies behind it.

The rules every buyer accepts

Licensed data is for comparison with the buyer's own system, never for publication or resale. Each copy carries the buyer's fingerprint and every read is in the owner's ledger. A copy that appears anywhere it should not is taken down, the license ends, and the owner and System Atlas may pursue every legal remedy. Read the data license.

Owners keep the money for their data, less a platform fee. To sell, claim your organization's profile and verify it; then list what you choose from its workspace.
