System Atlas data license

The terms you accept before reading licensed data from the marketplace. They apply to every license, whatever its scope or term.

1. 1.What you get

   A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read the licensed scope of one organization's verified data, through System Atlas and in the files you export, until the end of the license term shown on your license.

2. 2.Comparison only

   You may use the data only to compare it with your own organization's systems and to inform your own internal decisions. Nothing else.

3. 3.No publication

   You may not publish, post, quote at length or otherwise make the data, or anything that reproduces it, available to anyone outside your organization, in any form.

4. 4.No resale or sharing

   You may not sell, sublicense, lend or give the data, or access to it, to anyone else, and you may not use it to train or build a product or dataset for others.

5. 5.Ownership

   The data is the intellectual property of the organization that licensed it. System Atlas collects payment and delivers access on its behalf. No ownership passes to you.

6. 6.Fingerprinting and audit

   Every copy is fingerprinted to you, and every view and export is recorded. The licensor and System Atlas may audit your use on reasonable notice and may trace any leaked copy back to your license.

7. 7.Takedown and remedies

   If the data appears anywhere it should not, you will take it down at once on request. A breach ends your license without refund, and the licensor and System Atlas may seek every legal remedy, including injunctions and damages.

8. 8.End of the term

   When the term ends or the license is revoked, your access stops and you will delete exported copies.
