Exchange Buyer Licence

A non-exclusive, non-transferable right for you and your organization to read the licensed scope of one organization's verified data, through System Atlas and in the files you export, until the end of the term shown on your licence. The licence is granted by that organization (the licensor); System Atlas collects the payment and delivers access as the platform.

You may use the data only to compare it with your own organization's systems and to inform your own internal decisions.

You may not publish, quote at length, sell, sublicense, lend or give the data, or access to it, to anyone outside your organization, in any form, and you may not use it to train a model or build a product or dataset for others.

Every copy is fingerprinted to your grant (row order, equivalent wordings, an invisible mark in labels and a token on every export), and every view and export is recorded. The licensor and System Atlas may audit your use on reasonable notice and may trace any leaked copy back to your licence.

The data is the intellectual property of the organization that licensed it. No ownership passes to you.

If the data appears anywhere it should not, take it down at once on request. A breach ends your licence without refund, and the licensor and System Atlas may seek every legal remedy, including injunctions and damages.

When the term ends or the licence is revoked, your access stops and you will delete exported copies. Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
