Government and public sector

The public sector as the IMF's GFSM 2014 draws it: general government by level (SNA 2008 subsectors: central, state, local, social security funds, with special-purpose districts and tribal governments), each split by function on the UN Classification of the Functions of Government (COFOG), and public corporations. NAICS 92 is kept as a compatibility view. This is its own schema, version 1.
