Connect Claude Code

Add the System Atlas MCP server to Claude Code so it can read the atlas and upload your company.

  1. Make a key

    Create a key in Settings and keep it at hand. Replace sa_… below with it, or use /connect, which fills it in for you.

  2. Run the command

    Run in a terminal on the company machine.

    claude mcp add --transport http systematlas https://systematlas.org/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer sa_…"

  3. Reload and check

    Restart Claude Code or reload its tools, then ask:

    List the System Atlas tools you have, then call list_industries.

    You should see the System Atlas tools and a list of industries.

Troubleshooting
A 401 means the key is missing, revoked or mistyped (keep the Bearer prefix). Tools missing after a reload: check the URL ends in /mcp and is https://systematlas.org.
