Connect your agent
Add the MCP server to your coding agent and hand it the mapping prompt.
Prefer a guided flow?
/connect makes the key, fills it into the config for your agent and shows the live connection state while you work.Make a key
In Settings, create a key. Use a key from the workspace owner or a member: uploads need one.
Add the MCP server
The server speaks streamable HTTP at
https://systematlas.org/mcpwith your key in anAuthorization: Bearerheader. Pick your agent:# Add to ~/.osa/mcp.json (streamable HTTP). { "mcpServers": { "systematlas": { "url": "https://systematlas.org/mcp", "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer sa_…" }, "enabled": true } } }Hand it the mapping prompt
The prompt tells the agent what to read, what never to upload, which tools to call in which order and what to report back. Download it, drag it into the agent, or paste it.
curl -o system-atlas-agent-prompt.md https://systematlas.org/agent-prompt.mdThe full prompt is at /agent-prompt.md. Settings gives you a copy with your key already filled in.
Review what it uploaded
Everything lands in your private workspace as self-reported drafts. Open the workspace to review, fix and choose what to publish.
