Resolve an entity
Is this the same thing as something already in System Atlas? Candidates for an organization (name, domain), a primitive (label, description, industry) or an industry (name, description), each with a confidence 0-1 and `same` at 0.85 or more, plus stable ids, keys and taxonomy paths. Call it before uploading so data attaches to the existing node. Read-only.
